RemarksAccording to Procedural Order 1, the applicable arbitration rules are the ICSID Arbitration Rules in force as of 10 April 2006, subject to modifications introduced by Section B of Chapter Eight (Investment) of the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement.
