Earlier projects relating to Security Interests

Security interests was discussed by the Commission already at its first and third sessions in 1968 and 1970 respectively:

At its eighth session in 1975, the Commission considered a note by the Secretariat entitled "Security interests in goods":

At its tenth session in 1977, the Commission considered another two notes by the Secretariat entitled "Study on security interests" with an annex entitled "Legal Principles governing security interests":
